Return & Refund Policy

• Returns:

1. You may return most new, unused items purchased from our store within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
2. To initiate a return, please contact us at easyfindspakistan@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 days for the refund to be processed.
5. Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned merchandise only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, only products purchased within the last 7 days will be eligible for a refund.
   Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account

• Exchanges:

1. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at easyfindspakistan@gmail.com to request an exchange. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

• Refunds:

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at easyfindspakistan@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
